Do you offer ad-hoc or hourly support?

No. I work on a retainer or clearly scoped project basis.

This ensures every piece of work has defined ownership, structure and outcomes.

What’s the difference between retainer and project support?

Retainer support is ongoing operational partnership. I step into the backend of your business consistently each month.

Project support is time-bound and focused on one defined outcome, such as a launch build, event management, backend reset or retreat execution.

How do I know which level of support I need?

If your business feels consistently reactive and you need ongoing oversight, retainer support is usually the right fit.

If you have one specific initiative that needs structure and execution, project support is likely more suitable.

If you're unsure, we can discuss this on an initial call.

Do you manage social media accounts?

No. I provide strategic training and planning support, but I do not offer ongoing social media management. My focus is operational structure and execution.

Will you handle bookkeeping or accounting?

I build operational financial workflows, such as payment tracking systems and bank reconciliation processes, but I am not an accountant and do not provide financial or tax advice.

How long does a project typically take?

Most infrastructure projects run between 2–4 weeks.

Larger operational builds or launches can run 8–12 weeks depending on scope. Timelines are always agreed in advance.

Do you work with teams or just solo founders?

Both. I often work alongside small teams to strengthen systems, improve coordination and create clearer operational structure.

What is the investment to work with you?
